- Your personal data will be processed:
- in order to register, organize and conduct the conference RZESZÓW WORKSHOP ON GRAPH THEORY 2025 – legal basis: article 6 sec. 1) letter e) GDPR – in the relation to the fulfillment of the Universities statutory objectives
- to inform you about the future events organized by the Faculty of Mathematics and Applied Physics on the basis of the given consent until the consent is withdrawn by you – legal basis article 6 sec. 1) letter a) GDPR;
- if it is necessary due to legally justified administrator's interests – legal basis: article 6 sec. 1) letter f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller .
- The Controller can commit the processing of your data to other recipients working for the administrator such as IT services, post mail services, legal advisors.
- Period of data processing:
- for the period required by tax law – concerning personal data related to fulfilling tax or accounting obligations;
- until effective lodging of an objection – about personal data processed based on the legally justified interest of the controller;
- until withdrawal of consent or achievement of the purpose of processing – about personal data processed based on consent.
- Personal data will not be passed to other recipients with the exception of legally justified cases.
- According to GDPR, each Participant has the following rights, depending on the purposes for which and on what basis they have entrusted their data to us: the right to access your personal data, correct it, erasure or restrict its processing or the right to object to the processing
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- The provision of personal data is a necessary condition for finalizing the conference organization as well as publishing a post-conference publication. In the absence of providing the personal data, it is not possible to conclude that point.
- Your personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
